option,
we
become
your

Choose
this if
you
don't
have
ample
time to
do the

or if

prefer
us to
maintain
your
"Poker
Face"
(Not
good to
have a
Buyer
present
his
lowest
offer
and see
you grin
widely.)
OPTION
2:
ADVISE
ON
OFFERS: -
How comfortable
are you with the ins and outs of a Legal Binding
Agreement such as a written offer? There
is a lot of money at state - and this is YOUR
MONEY. If you are not confident in this
area or do not have an attorney to help you, you
may choose this option and still pay only a
fraction of the normally accepted fee.

3:
ASSIST
WITH
COUNTER-OFFERS: -
They saw
that grin and later you realize what you've done
- choose this option and we will do the necessary damage control to
help you still get your best price. Remember,
we've done this as a career. Best option
is to also choose "1" initially to
avoid the
"damage control" aspect
altogether. Do
people always make an offer expecting a counter-
offer?
No. Sometimes they "walk" and go on to
another
house.
Use our
experience
to
evaluate
the
Buyer &
his
offer. Don't lose a good buyer
by
taking
your
best
buddy's
advise. Your loss doesn't cost
him a dime. However, we don't make any
money
with
this
option
until
YOU do.
